  • IBG  identified  a $300,000 annual training cost savings that lead to elected officials and community support for a $25M training center.

  • After providing a strong business case that identified unacceptable evidence turnaround times resulting in the justification and creation of a new regional crime lab. This was a multi-agency and jurisdiction collaboration.
