Sun City West Fire District was in need of local access to training props and classrooms that would enable the Fire District to improve the quantity and quality of emergency response training. The departments would no longer be forced to design classes based on their restricted access to the limited physical resources of other departments. A dedicated training facility would allow personnel to learn new skills and hone existing ones. Further, a local facility would offer access to simulators for training and enable the utilization of training technology on an ongoing basis. To make this dream a reality, Sun City West FD commissioned Interact Business Group to research, evaluate and make recommendations for the best and most practical course of action for providing required training activities for the Fire District of Sun City West.
