Practice makes perfect for area firefighters—There was plenty of fake smoke and real fire in Conesville Wednesday afternoon as members of the Louisa-Muscatine Firefighter Training Association activated their brand new advanced fire training simulator for the first time.

Training Simulator Wins Prestigious Award from Adobe

CommandSim was selected by Adobe Systems as this year’s winner of their Adobe MAX award in the “Public Sector” category. The training simulator technology was noted for its “enormous value” in training emergency responders. The annual Adobe MAX Awards is a global awards program that recognizes the best uses of Adobe software for creating engaging experiences.
